Now, i have split thoughts about whether to buy a house or stay with our parents once we are legally together. I know that it may be too early to say, but i guess planning ahead is a good thing.
Fiance msged me to check the hdb website for new houses (previously we did discuss in the car about this issue). Initially, i was happy cause at least he's thinking about the future ahead. But then, when i was browsing through the website, i started to get worried. It's like, welcome to the new world and serious business. There's so many things to look into if we got a house of our own. Look's like i'm aint prepared huh. Well, perhaps its time for me to be independent and learn from scratch.
He was looking for a house in Sengkang or Tampines that is near to our parents' house. But then, i would prefer new house, those BTO houses, so that i need not do much renovation right. Well, there's always pros and cons to any decision anyway. Perhaps, i shall ask for opinions from those experience ones, anyone care to share??
Hopefully, as day goes by, everything will be well-planned. Insyallah.
