Yesterday, took a day leave and went to the Zoo with Fiance and friends. Woke up early and get ready to the Zoo. weeee.. (even though there's nothing special there..hehe)
It was scorching hot on the way there but alhamdulilah at least it's sunny and doesn't affect our journey. That's the most important thing. :) Kind of tiring throughout at the Zoo coz it was a long trail. Managed to catch all the animal shows and every animals without fail. The boys really listened to me and were supportive of my itinerary. Thanks guys.
And fortunately, when we reached the exit, then it started to rain heavily. Lucky lucky.
From this trip, i just realized that Fiance is afraid of animals, i mean to touch them especially (not even a horse). Nampak je gagah, tapi.... weakling in that.. haha.

Last Sunday was Momma's Day. Happy Mother's Day to all Moms. Frankly speaking, I can't wait to have kids of my own. Especially daughters :)
It was such a coincidence Bro managed to join on that very day, when he was given off day. So exactly at 12pm we made our way to Town to search for Mom's belated birthday gift and Mother's Day gift as well.
Went Takashimaya for our first stop, survey those branded goods. Went to Coach, well they are of affordable prices, but Im not so into them though I love their small wristlet/handheld bags as I love clutches. It was so hard to find what Mom really wants. She now dislikes Guess and Bonia "as they were to common for her" she said.
Then, we had our break for lunch and went over Breeks. They do not have any speciality in their food but they have delicious smoothies and drinks. My favourite is "the Ocean". Superb.
Next, drove over to Far East Plaza, yes we are that lazy for "my shopping only. Full Stop.
Then off to CK Tangs. I guess Tangs is much better place to shop and Im even a member of them now. haha. Intending to buy sneakers soon (yah so not me rite). Then, like finally Mom found something that she likes after our recommendation. And the brand that she doesnt own before. Thank God. We really search high and low for her gift.
We were so happy that she loves what my Bro and I bought for her. Alhamdulilah, rezeki kita murah to buy for her a gift each from us. Im glad my family though is small, as we grown older, our bonds are getting closer. Despite minor hiccups in the family, some attention can make us happy. :)
The last stop was for her Groceries shopping in NTUC this time, not Giant. Haha. My Bro has got like a bunch of vouchers and it almost reached $300 and more NTUC shopping vouchers, no wonder Mom grabbed like so much. Damn, if I have known, i would have shop till drop there, like in NTUC? why not.
Mom advised us not to be too calculative over things. Never be stingy towards anyone. Always help family members first before others. She even told us, if you really want something, own it. Insyallah rezeki kita ada kat mana-mana. that's a lesson learnt. :)
What i practice is, each time when i received my pay, the first thing is to draw out for Mom's before i start spending the rest. And if i had extra cash, it will be spend for her as well. Her Bonia wallet and handbag was given to her when I had very first cash from Scholarship in ITE. Her Guess watch was bought for her when i had my first GST credits. Seriously speaking, Ive never had not enough money, but its just that i dont like to spend unnecessarily cause if i really want that something till i cant sleep, i wont grab them the very next day. Thats the idea of saving the money and the intention of my future as well. Coz i don't earn a lot.
My favourite little handbag and the public loves it. Tat bag was being approached for several times.

First of all, before i forget. Just wanna wish "Happy Birthday" to Mom and Bro!!! We had so much food for both of their BIG days. We had pizzas during Bro's bdae and Arnold's on Mom's Bdae. All credits to Bro!! yeay.
Bought Mom a cake on her bdae. It was a love at first sight cake, maybe some of you had tasted it or saw the cake before. Well, i didnt and bought itafter falling in love with the sight of it. And true enough, it tasted as delicious as the cake. Seriously, it was damn nice. Thought of buying for her from Swensen's, unfortunately, it had closed down and im too plain lazy to go to their restaurant in TM. Damn packed lor. But im glad that everyone loves it. Can buy a bigger one next time!!
Fiance has been a good boy still. He's been giving me the security. Thank you. Love u so much and my family too!
My work and colleagues have been fine. Totally love the environment there. No doubt about that. It's a miracle that i dun have mood swings in the morning, though i can be groggy while on the way to work coz some of them who saw me thought that im sombong. Well, its normal. hahaha. But i when reached the office, their jokes always brighten up my day, you know wak ameen? hehe.
Hope to meet my girls soon. :) I tink most probably next week. Its pay day!!

Yeay!!! New updates from NANI!!!
I've lost touch with the blogging world. All I did online was either to do work to research on something or played games in FB. Lame, i know. As im adapting to new working hours: 8.30am.
To darktearz: im currently working in govt sector (psst: tempat yg bnyk nsmen yg smart2)
How's my life? Alhamdulilah. Love my colleagues and my new workplace. Helpful and comedians peeps. Im currently not adapting to the ghost town due to the flu cases as we had to split. :(
Hopefully, this flu thingy subsides A.S.A.P, its driving me crazy.
Fiance has been good although we have minor quarrels, like usual. hehe. He's been a good boy. Fetch me home everyday, bring me to karaoke session etc and most importantly, giving me the security when i needed most.
Met up with Bestie and Suzie. Gosh its been a long time i met my ITE mate, Suzie. Went Simpang Bedok for dinner, gossips & updates. hees.
Yesterday, met up with Rai & Azeana. I was craving for Pastamania and im so glad all of them agreed to have dinner there. Had such a lavish dinner. Ordered my favourite Marinara and their apple crumble was delicious. We forced ourselves to finish up our food and we managed to clear our plates. I was very comfortable with myself after gobbled up everything. hehe.
That day, Fiance watched Wolverine without me :(

I feel great now that no more work on Saturdays, though my current job will require me to work on ad-hoc basis during the weekends or public holidays, but of course with replacement of off days on weekdays. :)
Me and Fiance watched midnight movie yesterday, Fast & Furious 4 at Great World City. Perhaps it wasnt as good as F&F 1,2,3. And again, i slept halfway, well, as you know i rarely watched midnight movie, so when we had this occasionally midnight movie, i just dozed off during the show. So maybe, dont rely on my ratings for this movie.
Nevertheless, the best part was they make use of the GPS function to direct them to their race's route. It was awesome and innovative idea isnt it? Cool sia. The rest was mostly bleargh. Should have watched "Confessions of a Shopaholic" instead, if only he would agree. heh. Then, we had some lepak session before we went home. Thanks darling for the movie and being there for me during my difficult times. :)
Hope to meet my gurls soon, well, next week would be a brighter week. hehe.

Hey all! Been so long ive not updated ever since i left the other world. Now its time for a "whole new world" hey hey!
Weekends was spent with Fiance. Watched him playing soccer and had our bowling session at Leisure Park as well. Get to resist my temptation for KFC, i missed their chickens so much ever since i left Shaw House to Clarke Quay. Then, Fiance went shopping to Mustafa Centre, which is the only place we can go in the middle of the night. :)
Finally, i met Bestie that Monday. Went JB and to her new house there :) Love the lepak session so much, listening to her "musical" fountain really ease my mind, went window shopping in Jusco and find out their beauty products are much cheaper there. Do grab them in JB! Then we had our dinner at Chai Chee Restuarant coz only to find out Mak's Place was closed. hehe.
How's my first day of work in the govt sect? Okay it was welcoming. My workplace is in Novena actually. haha. Met new colleagues, all friendly people. Same kampung mah. So can talk in malay now. Had orientation in the morning, and I/N-S/V/C in the afternoon. They brought me to Marina Barrage. We will have this event every month. Perhaps it can help us for stree-free moment. Me and the other two N-men will have to discuss on the next place to visit. Quite excited about it.
Just learnt about my new job scope. Quite a handful, i must say. But well, its my job so i will do my best in it. I can go to Zoo for free for 4 adults if im not mistaken. yeay, shall bring my family and Fiance along. Insyallah. Yet to book for the dates. This will be part of my job as well. Slowly and im adapting to it. No more punch cards and stay in lunches, i even went till Orchard for lunch. Alhamdulilah i made the right choice. Hopefully everything will remain steady.
Sorry babes, cant join u guys, will meet up soon okay. Today, i was with Fiance after work, we really had a good quality time together, after so long. :) I told him of the missions he has to accomplish before making the big decision. I guess i dont want to hurry and i wont care what others will say about us as long we know what we want in our life. Right now, i pray that he will get through the interview which will be held next week. I will be proud of him if he gets in. Insyallah. mudah-mudahan murah rezeki dia. Amin.
Right after, we went for karaoke session with my favourite ice blended oreo in hand. Our favourite hobby, lucky we have at least one same interest.
